is the restaurants own speciality where the bhoona dish
is prepared with fried onions, tomatoes, other Indian spices.

These dishes are prepared
with vegetables and a sauce which is made with mango chutney
and soya sauce with a curry flavour. The meat is marinated
in fresh spices, garlic and ginger and then barbecued.
A dish especially suitable
for beginners as the meat or vegetables are tossed in fried
rice as in Pulaos, garnished with tomato, cucumber, peas
and coconut and served with a sauce to suit your palette.
The sauce of these
dishes, unlike ordinary curries based on onions, is based
on mango chutney, fresh tomato puree and pimento giving
